New York Giants Trade Deadline

Finally, this Giants organization is focused on the future. I know a lot of people wanted to trade for a WR at the deadline, but that just doesn’t make any sense for them moving forward. Joe Schoen is realistic about this team, and he proved it today.
The New York Football Giants did not make any crazy or risky trades that would jeopardize the future of the franchise.
After David Gettlemen put the them in cap hell and made some of the worst draft picks I have ever seen, it showed with the Giants being one of if not the worst team during his tenure. NYG just needs to start with getting rid of all that bad, building a strong foundation, and growing from there. That doesn’t happen overnight.
I do not care what WR you could have possibly added. I can almost guarantee it would not be worth whatever they would have given up to get him. Daniel Jones is currently throwing for 174.9 passing yards a game. 31st out of 35 quarterbacks with at least 120 passing attempts. Only Cooper Rush, Mitchell Trubisky, and Justin Fields are below him.
Winning teams are built on the line, both sides of the ball. They need to continue playing solid defense and controlling the tempo with the running games and shorter throws.
Keep strong Giants faithful, I think we are in good hands.
